I'm a thirtysomething translator, fangirl, and general layabout in Berlin. I like fandom, early medieval history and archaeology, acting, travelling, and kink, and am pretty much always happy to talk about any of those things. I am easily entertained, rather dorky and like reading and writing creatively and academically, though I have done precious little of either lately.

I would love to make some more friends here! Some of my entries are friends-locked but if you comment or DM me I'll come nosy around your journal and most likely add you :) I'd especially like to meet people who've been around the fandom block a bit and remember ye olden days of Geocities and LiveJournal, but younger folks are good too!

I hope there is less discourse™ on Dreamwidth than Tumblr, but for the record, I'm bisexual, she/her (cis but trans-inclusive), Jewish, and doing pretty well mentally and emotionally thanks to medication.
